Our beer menu isn’t just a list. It’s hours of hand-drawn detail from our own Laura and Beertender, Sage. Every swirl, shadow, hop cone, and highlight was done the old-school way. Chalk markers, steady hands, and a little bit of obsession.
It changes. It evolves. Sometimes it gets wiped out and reborn in a single afternoon.
It’s probably the most under-appreciated art gallery in Minnetonka. So grab a beer and enjoy. Because that board didn’t design itself.

Our Irish Red lands on the lighter end of the spectrum, thanks to that Minnetonka water. Inspired by the Irish take on an English Pale Ale like Silvius, it dials back the hops and leans into smooth, toasty malt. Poured on nitro for extra creaminess and an easy finish.
Balanced. Drinkable. Dangerously smooth.
